Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients in the Mattapan community through personalized financial planning
  • Provide comprehensive advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation
  • Engage in local community events, workshops, and initiatives to build brand awareness and attract new clients
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend tailored J.P. Morgan Wealth Management solutions
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial services
  • Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client goals
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements and J.P. Morgan policies
  • Prospect and network within the Mattapan area to grow the client base
  • Educate clients on digital tools and resources available through J.P. Morgan's platforms
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and business development metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles
  • Proven track record of client relationship management in a community-focused setting
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles and investment strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a branch environment with minimal supervision
  • Compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
