Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features for digital money movement tools in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
• Conduct market research and user analysis to optimize money transfer experiences for high-net-worth clients
• Work with engineering teams to develop and test new functionalities for seamless fund transfers, wires, and ACH payments
• Ensure product compliance with J.P. Morgan's risk management standards and federal regulations
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on product enhancements
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for mobile and web platforms
• Monitor competitive landscapes in fintech to inform product strategy
• Support the launch of new digital features, including beta testing and rollout coordination
• Contribute to roadmapping for future innovations in wealth management digital services
• Document product requirements and maintain clear communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of digital payment systems, money movement, and regulatory compliance in wealth management
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and user experience design principles
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Knowledge of U.S. financial regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and AML requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
