Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for strategic team management, program innovation, and performance optimization. This involves collaborating closely with field leaders to assess advisor needs, designing tailored training initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of J.P. Morgan's proprietary platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Practice Management Consultants, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Oversee the delivery of Practice Management training programs focused on Business Development, Business Management, Financial Planning, Investment Acumen, Relationship Management, and Service Excellence
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management field leadership to identify advisor needs and customize support strategies
  • Develop and implement innovative tools and resources to enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes
  • Monitor team performance against key metrics, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's strategic goals in wealth management
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to build advisor capabilities in the financial services landscape
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and J.P. Morgan policies in all advisory support activities
  • Analyze market trends and advisor feedback to refine Practice Management methodologies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the division
  • Report on division progress and impact to senior leadership in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or practice management consulting
  • Proven track record of leading teams in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Deep knowledge of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management products, services, and compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in the U.S. financial sector
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs for financial advisors
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client and team engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from an accredited institution
  • Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent FINRA licenses
  • Prior experience working within J.P. Morgan Chase or a similar large financial institution
  • Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
