Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions and workshops on effective client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building techniques tailored to the financial services landscape
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights, helping advisors optimize their business models and achieve key performance indicators
  • Partner with senior leadership to align practice management initiatives with J.P. Morgan's overall wealth management goals and product offerings
  • Facilitate the adoption of best practices in compliance, risk management, and ethical advisory standards
  • Mentor advisors on leveraging J.P. Morgan's technology platforms for efficient client interactions and portfolio management
  • Monitor industry trends in wealth management to recommend innovative approaches for practice enhancement
  • Support the integration of sustainable investing and ESG factors into advisors' client engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or practice management consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of coaching financial advisors on business development strategies and client engagement practices
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in wealth management, including SEC, FINRA, and fiduciary standards
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex advisory practices
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and performance metrics for advisory practices
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically to support advisors in various J.P. Morgan Wealth Management branches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
