Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings and workshops to explain complex wealth planning concepts in accessible terms
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, including assets, liabilities, and tax implications, to recommend optimized planning solutions
  • Partner with internal teams, such as tax specialists and investment strategists, to deliver integrated advice
  • Stay abreast of evolving tax laws, regulatory changes, and market trends to ensure compliant and forward-looking planning
  • Support business development by contributing to client acquisition and retention efforts through thought leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth planning, financial advisory, or estate planning within the financial services industry
  • Active Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification or equivalent (e.g., CPA, JD with estate planning focus)
  • In-depth knowledge of tax laws, estate planning strategies, and wealth transfer techniques
  • Proven track record of collaborating with high-net-worth clients and financial advisors
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in wealth management, including SEC and FINRA guidelines

  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients (UHNW) in a private banking environment
