Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of investment funding products within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, focusing on enhancing customer value and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features for successful launches
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in investment funding solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
• Ensure products adhere to J.P. Morgan's risk management standards and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Partner with sales and advisory teams to align product offerings with client needs in wealth management
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on customer feedback and data analytics
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader product strategy for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to secure buy-in for product initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or wealth management
• Proven track record of leading product development and launches in investment or funding products
• Strong understanding of investment funding mechanisms, including securities lending, repo markets, and collateral management
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the financial industry, such as SEC and FINRA requirements
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large-scale banking environment

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
