Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, or willingness to obtain them within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, including background check and fingerprinting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the San Antonio area as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
