Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan Wealth Management products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Ensure all activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan regulatory standards
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews, proactive outreach, and exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as financial advisors and operations specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Analyze client portfolios using J.P. Morgan's advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support client onboarding processes, including account setup and documentation verification

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, brokerage, or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Valid FINRA registration and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • 3+ years of direct client-facing experience in wealth management at a major financial institution
