Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized investment advice and financial planning to clients during advisors' leaves of absence, ensuring continuity of service
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions through tailored wealth management strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including risk tolerance analysis and portfolio reviews, using J.P. Morgan's advanced analytics tools
  • Recommend and implement investment solutions, such as diversified portfolios, retirement planning, and estate strategies, aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and philanthropy to deliver holistic wealth solutions
  • Monitor market trends and economic developments to proactively advise clients on portfolio adjustments
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management standards and regulatory requirements
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in wealth management roles
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with J.P. Morgan teams in a high-volume office setting
  • Compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, with a clean U.S. regulatory history

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience in leave of absence management or temporary advisory roles within financial institutions
