Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in managing their brokerage accounts, including trade execution and portfolio reviews
  • Provide personalized investment advice to help clients achieve their financial objectives
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, recommend strategies, and monitor progress
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML procedures
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to inform client recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Support client onboarding processes, including account setup and documentation
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management products and services
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products

Required Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or brokerage operations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds
  • Proven track record of client relationship management in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations governing brokerage accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management platforms or similar systems
  • Prior role in client operations at a major financial institution
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages to serve diverse client bases
  • Demonstrated success in achieving client retention and growth metrics
