Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in managing their brokerage accounts by providing personalized investment advice and portfolio recommendations
  • Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtual, to assess financial goals and develop tailored strategies
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to adjust investment portfolios accordingly
  • Ensure all transactions and advice comply with J.P. Morgan Chase policies and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including financial advisors and operations staff, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Educate clients on investment options, risks, and opportunities within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management suite
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account performance in CRM systems
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by cross-selling J.P. Morgan banking and lending products
  • Support client onboarding processes, including account setup and initial investment planning
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, resolving issues related to account access, trades, and performance reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, brokerage, or wealth management
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds
  • Ability to comply with regulatory requirements from FINRA, SEC, and other financial authorities
  • Proven track record of client relationship management and financial advising
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Westerville, OH
