Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in affluent markets
  • Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 and 65), and Life and Health Insurance licenses required
  • Deep understanding of affluent client needs and market dynamics in the Palm Beach/Broward region
  • Experience in driving business growth through relationship building and strategic planning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on compliance and risk management
