Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of financial advisors to deliver exceptional wealth management services to affluent clients in the Palm Beach/Broward market
• Build and cultivate deep, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses to drive asset growth and retention
• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand J.P. Morgan's presence in the affluent segment
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the branch and across the region
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions tailored to client needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC standards, while managing risk in investment advisory services
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide proactive advice and portfolio management recommendations
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent to support team performance and succession planning
• Represent J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
• Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to refine service offerings and operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in affluent markets
• Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 and 65), and Life and Health Insurance licenses required
• Deep understanding of affluent client needs and market dynamics in the Palm Beach/Broward region
• Experience in driving business growth through relationship building and strategic planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on compliance and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP certification
• Prior experience in J.P. Morgan Chase or a similar premier financial institution
• Demonstrated success in expanding market share in competitive affluent markets
