Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional wealth management services in the Brooklyn market
• Build and cultivate deep relationships with high-net-worth clients, prospects, and community stakeholders
• Drive business development initiatives to grow assets under management and expand market share
• Foster a culture of excellence, compliance, and high performance standards within the branch
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management leadership to implement strategic initiatives
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management protocols
• Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor wealth planning solutions using J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools
• Represent J.P. Morgan Chase in local networking events and community engagements in Brooklyn
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to achieve sales and service goals
• Ensure seamless integration of digital wealth management platforms for client accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a competitive market
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) FINRA licenses required
• Deep understanding of wealth management products and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
• Experience managing operations in a branch or market setting within a major financial institution
• Strong network in the Brooklyn or New York metropolitan area

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a top-tier bank like J.P. Morgan Chase in wealth management
