Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth clients in the GS Acadiana / East Texas market to drive asset growth and retention
• Lead a team of financial advisors to foster a culture of excellence and adherence to J.P. Morgan's high standards
• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to expand J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's presence and achieve revenue targets
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling investment, banking, and advisory services
• Mentor and develop talent within the wealth management team to support long-term organizational goals
• Monitor market trends in the energy-rich Acadiana and East Texas regions to provide tailored wealth planning advice
• Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio performance
• Represent J.P. Morgan at local events and networking opportunities to strengthen community ties and brand visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
• Proven track record of driving business growth in a regional market
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses required
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Experience managing teams in a high-net-worth client environment
• Ability to travel within the GS Acadiana / East Texas region as needed
