Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth in a competitive market
  • Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalent) required
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Experience managing teams in a branch or market setting
  • Ability to travel within the Southeast region as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
