Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of financial advisors to achieve market growth targets in the Houston and Southeast region
• Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive asset acquisition and retention
• Foster a culture of excellence and high standards within the branch network, aligning with J.P. Morgan's core values
• Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion, including identifying new business opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement initiatives
• Represent J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in community and industry events to enhance brand visibility
• Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor wealth management solutions
• Oversee operational efficiency in branches, ensuring seamless client experiences
• Drive cross-selling of J.P. Morgan products, such as investment banking and lending services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
• Proven track record of driving business growth in a competitive market
• Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalent) required
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Experience managing teams in a branch or market setting
• Ability to travel within the Southeast region as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention in high-net-worth segments
• Knowledge of J.P. Morgan's wealth management products and services
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, for the Houston market
