Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve market growth objectives
• Build and cultivate deep relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients in the Long Island area
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's presence in Mineola and Rockville Centre
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance within the branch and across the market
• Oversee the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investment advisory, estate planning, and retirement strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align market initiatives with J.P. Morgan's global wealth management goals
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
• Drive client acquisition and retention through personalized engagement and innovative financial solutions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and internal J.P. Morgan policies and procedures
• Represent J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a competitive market
• Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 and 65), and any other required FINRA licenses
• Deep knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in the Long Island market or similar affluent regions
• Strong business development skills with a history of achieving revenue growth targets

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience as a Market Director or equivalent senior leadership role at a major financial institution
• Familiarity with J.P. Morgan's proprietary wealth management platforms and tools
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in Long Island
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
