Your primary focus will be on mentoring a team of talented Financial Advisors, setting high standards for client service, and achieving ambitious growth targets in client acquisition and asset under management (AUM). Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Financial Advisors to achieve market growth targets and client acquisition goals
• Foster deep relationships with high-net-worth clients in the Upper Westside area, delivering personalized wealth management solutions
• Drive a culture of excellence by implementing high standards for service, compliance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan's broader network to integrate investment banking and asset management services
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise on tailored investment strategies
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring seamless client experiences and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to enhance J.P. Morgan's presence in Manhattan
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members for continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to all FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a branch or market setting
• Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
• Deep understanding of wealth management products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in client relationship management within a high-net-worth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Economics
• Prior leadership role in a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish for the diverse Manhattan clientele
• Experience with digital wealth management tools and CRM systems
