Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Financial Advisors to achieve market-specific growth targets in assets under management
• Build and cultivate deep relationships with high-net-worth clients, prospects, and centers of influence in the Milwaukee area
• Develop and execute strategic market plans to expand J.P. Morgan Wealth Management presence and market share
• Foster a culture of excellence, compliance, and high standards within branch operations and client interactions
• Collaborate with national wealth management leadership to align local initiatives with firm-wide goals
• Oversee risk management, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency in the market
• Drive business development through community engagement, networking events, and partnership building
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement talent development programs for team members
• Identify and pursue opportunities for innovative wealth solutions tailored to client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a market or regional capacity
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) FINRA licenses required
• Deep understanding of wealth management products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in the Milwaukee or Midwest market, with established client networks
• Ability to travel within the market as needed
