Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services leadership
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a market or regional capacity
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) FINRA licenses required
  • Deep understanding of wealth management products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in the Milwaukee or Midwest market, with established client networks
  • Ability to travel within the market as needed
