Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Personal Advisors to cultivate deep, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients in the Irvine market
  • Foster a culture of excellence by setting performance standards, providing ongoing training, and recognizing achievements within the team
  • Oversee the development and execution of personalized financial strategies, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's wealth management offerings
  • Drive sales and growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for asset gathering and cross-selling J.P. Chase investment products
  • Monitor team performance metrics, including client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction scores, to meet branch and national goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and J.P. Morgan policies in client interactions and advisory services
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to support local market strategies and contribute to national advisory team objectives
  • Mentor advisors on best practices for client engagement, portfolio management, and navigating complex financial needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or sales leadership within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction goals at a major financial institution
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) FINRA licenses required
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in wealth management, including SEC and FINRA standards
  • Experience in coaching and developing advisors to build client relationships and drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
