Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial advice to clients virtually, helping them achieve their wealth-building goals through tailored investment strategies
  • Conduct virtual consultations and digital meetings to assess client needs, recommend J.P. Morgan investment solutions, and develop comprehensive financial plans
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and proactive outreach via phone, video, and online platforms
  • Analyze client financial situations, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and risk management, to offer suitable products like mutual funds, ETFs, and annuities
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and J.P. Morgan Chase regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with branch teams and internal partners to support client referrals and holistic wealth management services
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, making adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives
  • Educate clients on digital tools and resources available through J.P. Morgan's Wealth Plan platform
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by cross-selling banking and lending products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or client-facing sales roles
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or digital environment while adhering to J.P. Morgan Chase standards
