Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and personalized advice to individuals and families, focusing on investment, retirement, and estate planning
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients in the Alliance, OH branch, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement
  • Conduct client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and needs, recommending tailored J.P. Morgan investment solutions
  • Collaborate with branch bankers and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services, including lending and trust solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, execute trades, and adjust strategies in response to market changes and client life events
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's policies, FINRA, and SEC regulations
  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, community networking, and branch events in the Hartville area
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management products, such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management sector
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting and collaborate with banking teams
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Experience working in a J.P. Morgan Chase branch or similar high-net-worth client environment
