Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and risk profiles
  • Prospect, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients in the Bellevue area
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax optimization
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and investment management to deliver holistic wealth solutions
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for asset consolidation and new client acquisition
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Educate clients on market trends, portfolio performance, and J.P. Morgan's suite of products
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and prepare regular performance reports
  • Participate in community events and networking to enhance J.P. Morgan's presence in Bellevue
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to branch team goals for client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean regulatory history with no UCR or U5 disclosures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Pacific Northwest market
  • Familiarity with J.P. Morgan's wealth management platforms and tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language spoken in the Bellevue community
  • Prior success in meeting or exceeding sales and asset acquisition targets
