Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships leading to asset growth
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
  • Ability to work in a branch-based environment in the Boston/Metro/South Shore market
  • Compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, including background check and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the New England region
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language spoken in the Boston area
