Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and risk profiles
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients through proactive outreach, regular reviews, and exceptional service in branch locations
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, including assets, liabilities, income, and objectives, to recommend J.P. Morgan investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions encompassing banking, lending, and advisory services
  • Conduct client seminars, workshops, and consultations to educate on market trends, retirement planning, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's policies, FINRA regulations, and fiduciary standards
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the Brea, Diamond Bar, Fountain Valley, and surrounding California communities through networking and referrals
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed to align with client objectives and market conditions
  • Document client interactions, prepare reports, and utilize J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools for portfolio management and CRM

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment advisory setting
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance in the U.S. financial markets
  • Ability to work in a branch-based environment serving clients in Brea, Diamond Bar, Fountain Valley, CA, and surrounding areas
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
