  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in branch locations
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments, including retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management
  • Recommend and implement investment portfolios using J.P. Morgan's suite of products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams, such as bankers and specialists, to offer holistic wealth management services
  • Prospect for new clients through community networking, referrals, and branch-based marketing in Chico, Marysville, and surrounding areas
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing performance reviews and adjustments based on market conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in branch locations in Chico, Marysville, CA, and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor or in wealth management at a major financial institution
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan's proprietary wealth management tools and platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages spoken in Northern California communities
