  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial goals and risk tolerance
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including portfolio analysis, retirement planning, and estate strategies
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through community engagement, referrals, and branch-based networking in Coral Springs, Oakland Park, Deerfield Beach, and Pompano Beach
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams, including investment specialists and bankers, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
  • Ensure all recommendations comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to adjust client portfolios proactively
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of products, including brokerage accounts, mutual funds, and alternative investments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or client-facing roles in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales and retention goals
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management sector
  • Ability to work in a branch-based environment serving clients in Coral Springs, Oakland Park, Deerfield Beach, and Pompano Beach, FL
  • Clean U4 record and compliance history

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation
