Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Delaware, Ohio branch
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and risk management
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through branch referrals, community events, and networking in the local Ohio market
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to offer access to exclusive investment products and banking services
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan Chase policies, FINRA, and SEC regulations
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing performance updates and adjustments as market conditions change
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management tools, including digital platforms and advisory services
  • Participate in branch initiatives to promote financial literacy and community engagement in Delaware, Ohio
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as assets under management and client satisfaction scores

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Delaware, Ohio, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase products and platforms, including Chase Wealth Management tools
