Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Goodyear, AZ branch
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to client goals, risk tolerance, and life stages
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through relationship-building, networking, and referrals within the local community
  • Conduct financial needs assessments, portfolio reviews, and ongoing monitoring to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and estate planning to deliver holistic solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan Wealth Management products such as investment portfolios, retirement planning, and insurance options
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, market trends, and advisory outcomes to drive business growth
  • Participate in branch events, seminars, and community outreach to enhance J.P. Morgan's presence in Goodyear
  • Maintain accurate client records in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems and adhere to data privacy standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Residency or willingness to relocate to Goodyear, AZ

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
