Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of client relationship management and asset growth in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in the Greater Northeast Miami area
  • Clean U-4 record and compliance history

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Miami market
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
