Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and risk profiles
  • Prospect, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Greenwood, IN branch and surrounding areas
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and wealth accumulation
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to deliver integrated banking, lending, and investment services
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of products, such as Chase Private Client offerings and investment portfolios
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling J.P. Morgan Chase financial products to enhance client portfolios
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to adjust client strategies proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and portfolio performance using J.P. Morgan's proprietary systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting and engage with diverse client populations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
