Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Harrisburg and Lititz branches
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial goals and risk profiles
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and portfolio management
  • Recommend and implement J.P. Morgan Wealth Management products such as investment portfolios, banking solutions, and advisory services
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
  • Prospect for new clients through community networking, referrals, and branch-based interactions
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and J.P. Morgan Chase regulatory standards
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to adjust client strategies accordingly
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's digital tools and resources for self-directed wealth management
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, providing regular updates and adjustments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses, or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management industry
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting serving clients in Harrisburg and Lititz, PA areas
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
