Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Hartford area
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including risk tolerance analysis, goal setting, and portfolio recommendations
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth solutions, such as lending, trust services, and alternative investments
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement in Connecticut
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's policies, FINRA, and SEC regulations
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to adjust strategies and communicate updates effectively
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and managed accounts
  • Participate in branch events and training to enhance client experience and team performance
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as assets under management and client satisfaction scores

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting with flexible hours to meet client needs
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with J.P. Morgan Chase products and services
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Hartford
