Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and personalized advice to individuals and families, focusing on wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients in the Central Houston branch, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and create tailored investment portfolios using J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists and lending experts, to deliver holistic financial strategies
  • Prospect and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement in Houston
  • Ensure all advisory services comply with SEC, FINRA, and J.P. Morgan regulatory standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to adjust strategies proactively
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's digital tools, research resources, and sustainable investing options
  • Participate in branch events and contribute to team goals for asset growth and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Central Houston, TX
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to pass background checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase products and services
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse Houston clientele
