Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and risk profiles
  • Prospect, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Jersey City community, leveraging branch resources to expand the client base
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and wealth transfer solutions
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams to deliver integrated banking, lending, and investment services
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan regulatory standards
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management products, such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to recommend timely adjustments and opportunities
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events to promote J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting and engage with diverse client populations
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
