Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax-efficient investing
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment specialists and bankers, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement in the Kansas City market
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and J.P. Morgan Chase regulatory standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to recommend timely adjustments and risk management strategies
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of products, including alternative investments and lending solutions
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, aiming to meet or exceed growth targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Kansas City, Missouri, with flexibility for local travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase products and platforms, or similar large financial institutions
