Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and risk profiles
  • Prospect, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Lakewood, Cape May Court House, and Little Egg Harbor communities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax-efficient investment portfolios
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to deliver integrated banking, lending, and advisory services
  • Ensure all recommendations comply with FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies while maintaining accurate client records
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by introducing additional J.P. Morgan products such as trusts, philanthropy services, or alternative investments
  • Participate in local networking events and community initiatives to grow the client base in New Jersey
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to proactively advise clients on portfolio adjustments
  • Mentor junior advisors and support branch operations to enhance overall team performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean regulatory history with no U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) violations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the New Jersey market
