Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Laredo, TX, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications
