Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with branch teams
  • Clean regulatory history and adherence to FINRA and SEC standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase products and platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in California
