  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Lincoln, Nebraska branch
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including portfolio construction, retirement planning, and estate planning
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through relationship-building, networking, and referrals within the local community
  • Conduct client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and needs, delivering tailored recommendations
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams, including bankers and specialists, to offer holistic financial solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, adjust strategies based on market conditions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's investment products, such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to all FINRA, SEC, and internal compliance policies
  • Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities for J.P. Morgan banking and lending services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Lincoln, Nebraska
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications
