Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Mandeville branch

  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through relationship-building, networking events, and referrals within the local community
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust investment recommendations based on market conditions and client goals
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and philanthropy to deliver holistic solutions
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management policies and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Commitment to ethical standards and client-centric service as per FINRA and SEC guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan's wealth management platforms or similar enterprise systems
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in English and Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Louisiana
