Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in Marin County and surrounding areas
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their unique financial goals and life objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax-efficient investing
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to deliver integrated solutions such as banking, lending, and investment services
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in the local market
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client needs
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's wealth management products, including alternative investments and sustainable options
  • Participate in branch-based events and seminars to promote financial literacy and J.P. Morgan services
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean regulatory history with no U at Chase or other financial institutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Marin County or Bay Area market
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken in the local community
  • Previous experience with J.P. Morgan Chase systems or similar wealth management platforms
  • Master's degree in finance or related discipline
