Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in branch locations across Maryland
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax optimization
  • Recommend and implement tailored investment portfolios using J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools and research
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and community involvement in the Baltimore area
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to proactively adjust strategies and mitigate risks
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's digital platforms and tools for self-directed wealth management
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as assets under management and client satisfaction scores

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in multiple Maryland locations including Baltimore
  • Clean regulatory history with FINRA and state securities regulators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with J.P. Morgan Chase products and services
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse Maryland clientele
