Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to client goals and risk tolerance
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain high-net-worth clients through relationship-building and community engagement
  • Conduct financial needs assessments, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and investment products to deliver holistic solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, adjust strategies based on market conditions, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan Wealth Management offerings, such as Chase Private Client services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to all FINRA, SEC, and internal compliance standards
  • Participate in local networking events and branch activities to grow the client base
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team goals in the Central Valley market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a branch or advisory setting
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in Modesto, Stockton, and Lodi, CA, with flexibility for travel between locations
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Central Valley region
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages to serve diverse client bases
