Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Neenah, WI community
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through branch-based networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and recommend suitable J.P. Morgan investment products
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Chase bankers and specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, execute trades, and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean regulatory history with no U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) violations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase's wealth management products and platforms
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Finance
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or other local languages in Wisconsin
