Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the New Orleans area
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including portfolio construction, risk assessment, and retirement planning
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through relationship-building, networking events, and referrals within the local community
  • Conduct regular client reviews to monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client goals
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Chase specialists in banking, lending, and estate planning to deliver holistic financial solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of investment products, such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide timely insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate client records in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems and prepare reports for internal audits
  • Participate in branch initiatives to promote J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services in New Orleans

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Clean regulatory history with no U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) violations
