Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Lower Midtown West branch
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax optimization
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams to deliver integrated solutions such as banking, lending, and investment management
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement in the New York market
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing performance reviews and adjustments
  • Educate clients on market trends, risk management, and J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools and research
  • Participate in branch events and initiatives to promote J.P. Morgan's brand in the competitive New York financial landscape
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with affluent clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, branch-based environment in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
