Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Norridge, IL branch
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to client goals, including retirement, estate planning, and risk management
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through relationship-building, networking, and referrals within the local community
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend J.P. Morgan products such as investment portfolios, banking solutions, and lending options
  • Ensure all advisory services comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic client experiences
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to proactively adjust strategies and communicate updates
  • Educate clients on financial literacy topics and J.P. Morgan's digital tools for self-service
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance and advisory outcomes to meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting and engage with diverse client demographics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan's wealth management platforms and tools
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve the diverse community in Norridge, IL
