Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in the local market

  • Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing performance reviews, and adjust strategies to meet evolving financial goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Northern Virginia locations such as Manassas
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications
