Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Northridge and Santa Clarita branches
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including portfolio construction, retirement planning, and estate planning
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through relationship-building and community engagement in the local area
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and deliver tailored recommendations aligned with J.P. Morgan's investment philosophy
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic client solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing performance reviews and adjustments
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management products, such as Chase Private Client services
  • Participate in local networking events to expand J.P. Morgan's presence in the community
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using J.P. Morgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting serving the Northridge and Santa Clarita communities
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan's wealth management tools and platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse local clientele
