Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, focusing on wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer
  • Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with clients' goals, risk tolerance, and life stages
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in the Pasadena area
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance needs
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to adjust strategies and ensure performance alignment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships leading to asset growth
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based environment while collaborating with team members
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements set by FINRA, SEC, and state securities regulators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Pasadena or greater Los Angeles area
